Space Properties Limited (SPL) was incorporated on 4th day of March, 1993. SPL a wholly indigenous limited liability company incorporated under the Company and Allied Matters Act 1990 to offer services relevant in the Real Estate Sector.

SPL is currently the manager of a number of residential estates and retail properties in the Lagos environs. Her clientele includes multinational companies, discerning private individuals, and blue chip companies.

SPL in partnership with T.T Property Services is involved in Facility Management notably Sky Court GRA, Skymit Complex and Sky Court Lekki.

Our aim is to be the preferred provider for quality facility management, property management and property development services.
